These Terms and Conditions outline how selling, pricing, payouts, and returns work on the KershKicks platform. By listing your items with us, you agree to the following policies.
1. Listing Fees
Standard Commission:
- 20% commission on items over £100 (excluding shipping).
- £20 flat fee on items under £100 (excluding shipping).
- Fees may change based on demand or sales speed.
- Website prices may differ slightly from your listing price to account for processing fees. This does not affect your payout.
- Individual seller agreements may have different terms.
2. Sales Notifications
You’ll always be updated when your items sell through:
- Email Notifications at every stage of the sales process.
- Seller Dashboard, providing a full breakdown of your sales and payouts.
- Inventory Page, showing which items are sold, available, or pending.
3. Requesting Your Items Back
- You remain the legal owner of your items until they are sold.
- Items must have been consigned for at least 30 days before a return can be requested.
- Provide a valid return label with your registered account address.
- Multiple return labels may be required if your items are stored in different locations.
- Items are typically shipped back within 7 working days of receipt of the request.

4. Changing Listing Prices
- Prices can be updated through your Active Listings page.
- Price changes are limited to once every 7 days to avoid excessive undercutting.
- Items in transit or pending authentication cannot have prices changed.
- All price adjustments are subject to KershKicks approval.
5. Payments
- Payouts are processed 14 working days after a sale and are released the next business day.
- Payments are made via PayPal or another pre-agreed method.
- Some sales may take up to 28 days due to specific returns policies.

Selling with us is simple:
- Create an account on our Seller Portal.
- List your items.
- Ship your items to the provided address for authentication and inspection.
- We store your items securely until they sell.
- Get paid once your sale is confirmed and the return period has passed.
7. Shipping Items to KershKicks
- Follow the instructions in the confirmation email after listing your items.
- Always use a tracked and insured courier service.
- KershKicks is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.

Your item may be rejected if it:
- Fails authentication or raises concerns about legitimacy.
- Is not new or shows signs of wear.
- Is missing accessories, tags, or original components.
- Arrives with a damaged box or packaging.
- Lacks required paperwork or essential details for processing.
